Butterfinger Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4-5 bars)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • Optional: extra crushed Butterfinger for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is well combined and forms a dough-like consistency.
  2. Form Balls: Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill: Put the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.
  4. Melt Chocolate: While the balls are chilling, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  5. Coat the Balls: Once the balls are firm, use a fork to dip each ball in the melted chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Place the coated balls back on the parchment paper.
  6. Garnish: If desired, sprinkle some extra crushed Butterfinger on top of each chocolate-coated ball for added flavor and decoration.
  7. Set: Return the balls to the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
  8. Serve: Enjoy your Butterfinger Balls! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

These treats are perfect for parties, holidays, or just a fun snack at home. Enjoy!
