Cheesy Beef Biscuit Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for the muffin tin

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper (if using) until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain excess fat. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and remove from heat.
  3. Prepare Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a round shape.
  4. Line the Muffin Tin: Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or lightly oil it. Place each flattened biscuit into a muffin cup, pressing it down and up the sides to form a cup.
  5. Fill the Cups: Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into each biscuit cup, filling them generously.
  6. Bake: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve: Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Enjoy your Cheesy Beef Biscuit Cups warm!

These are perfect for a quick meal or a fun appetizer. Enjoy cooking!
