For the chicken:

  • 12 oz (340 g) fettuccine pasta

  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHICKEN FETTUCCINE ALFREDO

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and season with garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
